A few story about my old site : My old site has been removed, so i want to Kontera replace it with my new site.
The following mail is a screenshot of my email that I wrote to Kontera.
On January 10, Kontera was immediately answered my question. And I am salute with Kontera because have a fast response (responsive). The email stated that Kontera will reply to my email once again within three business days to solve my case. Here are the email I received from Kontera.

After I've been waiting. I received the response was faster than Kontera specified time. So i'm don't need to wait for three days. On January 11, I received an email from Kontera again. And I am very glad that my old site can be replaced with my new site. Here is an answer from Kontera.

After receiving the email, I immediately replied. And now I'm still waiting for action Kontera, I hope my site quickly replaced with a new site. Because I want to try to measure performance and results can be obtained from Kontera.
Note : Kontera have a good responsibility for their publisher.
Unfortunately, Kontera does not provide features to add or delete sites on the publisher dashboard, so as to facilitate publisher to add or remove sites that publishers want.
And I'm confused why the email should be in accordance with the PayPal email Kontera. Kontera must have a purpose in this, but I can not get the answer. Because Kontera only answer, that "

This is Jonathan from Kontera. The reason that your sign in e-mail address needs to be the same as your PayPal e-mail address (when your payment method is PayPal) is tied to the way our Accounting Department extracts your payment information from the Publisher Center.
It's a security measure, to make we're mailing your payment to the right e-mail address/PayPal account, and that you know which e-mail address we're sending it to as well.
Regarding adding sites to your Kontera account via your publisher dashboard, we don't support that. Because of Kontera's high standards and our responsibilities to our Advertising partners, we need to manually check every website and make sure they're a good match for Kontera advertising.

But, I think when Kontera provides features add site on publisher dashboard, Kontera can still manually check every website and make sure they're a good match for Kontera advertising.
I know it is very important to choose a good match website or blog for Kontera advertising, but there is nothing wrong to try add site features for publisher, and Kontera can still manually check every website and make sure they're a good match for Kontera advertising.
